Construction Bidding and Permitting in Dallas
This Phase includes reproducing plans and specification for contractors, bidding, submitting plans to the city and Texas Accessibility Standards, Contracts, and finalizing banking negotiations. This fee is based on selection of a general Contractor early in the process as a team mate who will bid the project to appropriate subcontractors and advise the owner in their selection. A hard bid will adjust the fee presented here.
